Requirements
Passion
Do you enjoy playing with kids? Can you communicate with children and their parents to help children to reach their full potential?
Our foremost important criteria is your enthusiasm and passion for learning and raising children’s curiosity.
Credentials
Franchisee must have a university or college degree. A degree acquired in the field of science, engineering, education, psychology, philosophy, sociology or health sciences would much easily adapt our system and curriculum.
Investment
A typical Think Smart Learning Centre would need $45k-$100k investment depending on the size, location, renovations and capacity.
A Franchisee must have a minimum $50,000 liquid capital for starting the business. Our liquid capital requirement is to secure a smooth establishment of the centre as well as financial stability in the initial months of the centre.
For initial inventory of Wise Cube Store, Think Smart Global Inc. provides various payment plans to help franchisee.
Location
To ensure a profitable spot and avoid disruptive competition, we work with our franchisee to define location. We do not allow locations to be very close and serving to same community.
Your location must have a minimum useable size of 800 square feet and a minimum lease term of 5 years.
We encourage our franchisee to consider hosting a Wise Cube Store in the centre, and when choosing the location, that may be a factor.
